Design that sets the trend

Italian furnishing has earned a record for excellence all over the world. And Novello contributes to this too, having for many years entrusted the design of its products to successful designers who, under the companies guidance, have designed collections that not only bear the distinctive features of this school of thought, but also distinguish the brand for its originality and care for details.
This strategy has seen the work of the architect Marco Piva, with very striking models, still present today in many hotels in Italy and abroad, and that of the architect Gian Vittorio Plazzogna, whose successful Canestro collection has given the company that touch of originality and refined modern style that is highly appreciated by buyers with evolved and refined tastes. In recent years, the collaboration with Stefano Cavazzana has brought a wind of renewal: he designed the Craft collection and the already famous Oblon, presented with great success at the International Bathroom Exhibition 2016.

QUARI | CRAFT 2.0  | OBLON

Born in Mestre (Venice) in 1966, he graduated with honours in architecture from the University Institute of Architecture in Venice. In his studio in Mestre he deals with architecture, design and business graphics; special mention Young & Design 1997, 2000, and 2001; recommended at the 2008 Oderzo Prize for design, recommended at I.DoT 2008. Among the infinite criteria that contribute to the overall evaluation of an object, one that is certainly important concerns the possibility to lead the design towards an increasingly higher level of synthesis, in the attempt to eliminate all that is superfluous from the functional and constructive point of view, and thus achieve a formal and most essential result
